Delivery After Eid Holidays

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Where is Novera located? Our main operations and warehouse are based in Gujranwala, Pakistan. While we are primarily an online-first brand, this central location allows us to ship efficiently to all major cities across the country.

2. Can I try on the frames before buying? We currently operate as an online store to keep our prices accessible. To help you choose, we provide detailed frame measurements (eye size, bridge width, and temple length) in every product description. We recommend comparing these to a pair of glasses you already own for a perfect fit.

3. Are your frames high-quality? Yes. We use premium materials like lightweight Acetate, TR90, and high-grade Stainless Steel. Our focus is on “Weightless Comfort,” ensuring our frames are durable enough for daily use without being heavy on your face.

Prescription & Lenses

4. How do I provide my prescription? After selecting your frame, you can upload a clear photo of your doctor’s prescription directly on the product page or send it to us via WhatsApp at +92 324 7614056 with your Order ID.

5. What is “Blue Light Protection,” and do I need it? Our Blue Light lenses filter out the harmful digital glare from smartphones and laptops. If you spend more than 3–4 hours a day in front of a screen, these lenses will significantly reduce eye strain and headaches.

6. Do you offer Photochromic (Transition) lenses? Yes! We offer lenses that stay clear indoors and automatically darken into sunglasses when you step out into the sunlight, providing 100% UV protection.

Shipping & Payments

7. What are the delivery charges?

8. How long will it take to receive my order?

9. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes, we offer COD nationwide. You only pay when the courier brings the parcel to your door. Note: As per courier company policy in Pakistan, parcels cannot be opened before payment.

Returns & Exchanges

10. What if the glasses don’t fit me? We offer a 7-Day Hassle-Free Exchange Policy. If the frame doesn’t suit your face shape, you can exchange it for any other model. Please ensure the tags are intact and the glasses are unused.

11. What if my prescription feels “blurry”? It usually takes 2–3 days for your eyes to adjust to a new prescription. If you still experience discomfort after 3 days, contact us. If we made an error in the lens manufacturing, we will replace them for you at zero cost.
